Who we are

Passionate Professionals with a goal of maximizing workplace function in the Rheumatoid Conditions Population

In 2016, the Work It Study was the first evidence-based clinical trial to show effectiveness of a therapy driven intervention program to prevent premature unemployment among individuals with arthritis and rheumatic conditions. Providers can now access this tool (WES-RC) and complete a quiz to determine eligibility to be certified in administering the education program within their practice settings. With job loss being high among people with chronic rheumatic conditions, the proposed program has potential to address a key area of need in the community and workplace.
